About Tracey O’Neill, The Data Consultant
Tracey O’Neill is the Principal Consultant and Founder of The Data Consultant.
Tracey has more than 25 years of commercial experience in Ireland and the UK. She has a unique blend of experience in recruitment, sales and marketing functions and as a Data, Analytics and Insights specialist.
Since launching her business, The Data Consultant, in September 2022, Tracey has worked with companies across sectors including professional services, software, manufacturing and hospitality.
Given her background in the Recruitment industry, Tracey has an in-depth knowledge of the unique challenges recruitment companies face and continues to be closely involved with the Recruitment sector. She is also a Co-Founder and Partner at The Satori Partnership, a cooperative of independent Talent sector experts who provide strategic, innovative and data-driven solutions across the talent ecosystem.
Tracey has a primary degree in Information Management from Queen’s University Belfast and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics from Dublin City University. She is PRINCE2 Agile Certified, holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and is also a Qualified ICT Trainer.
Aside from launching her own business, Tracey’s career highlight was spending eight months living and working in Kerala, India whilst setting up a data quality centre of excellence there.
When not talking about Data, Tracey can be found spending time with her family, travelling the world, exploring the beaches of North County Dublin or supporting the GAA team of her native county Tyrone.

I have been working as a Data and Analytics expert since 2013. I also have a unique blend of experience across several business functions. This includes over 10 years in sales, training, and recruitment.

Fully Certified
My primary degree is in Information Management from Queens University, Belfast. I also have a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Analytics from Dublin City University.
